陳家強：分散出售政府宿舍 舒緩樓價沒實際效用
財經事務及庫務局局長陳家強表示，過去五年，產業署共出售144個剩餘宿舍單位，其中20個分散在個別屋苑，所以分批出售，其餘百多個單位連車位，所在的樓宇整棟由政府擁有，為降低管理維修價格，及提高售價，以整批拍賣及招標方式售出。他又說，產業署出售的剩餘宿舍單位，數目佔市場供應比例少，即使分散向市民出售，對舒緩樓價沒有實際效用。 部份立法會議員批評，政府貪方便將剩餘宿舍整批出售給大財團，令大型發展商得益，認為應該散賣讓市民置業。
