土力工程處：大埔沙埔仔村水浸 料河流上游沖下所致
大埔碗窰沙埔仔村因連場暴雨導致水浸，土木工程拓展處土力工程處處長陳健碩表示，事件並非天然山坡傾瀉引起，估計是河流上游的石頭被沖至下游造成事故。 陳健碩說，下星期將會派直升機前往觀察大部分山坡，評估在黑色暴雨警告發出後造成的影響。 署方已就天然山坡工程批出十多份合約，工程主要在東涌及北大嶼山進行。
