This tube-welding system is a full function (torch travel, AVC, oscillation and filler wire) orbital weld system designed for production, multi-pass GTAW tube and pipe welding. This robust, lightweight weld head is designed with a rotating "C" frame and swing latch that allows weld head installation in seconds. A two-speed travel jog system allows precise torch positioning as well as a high-speed hose unwrap mode (10 to 15 seconds). Filler wire is added to the system with our unique push/pull system designed for use with 2 or 10 pound wire spools. The entire weld head is water cooled for continuous use on pre-heated material. This weld system is designed to maximize your arc time with the highest quality orbital welds possible.
