宮城県と福島県割り当てのコメ生産目標のうち、約2万7,000トンを12道県が引き受けへ
宮城県と福島県に割り当てられていた2011年のコメの生産目標のうち、およそ2万7,000トンを、北海道や新潟など12の道や県が引き受けることになった。宮城県と福島県は、津波による塩害や原発事故の影響による作付け制限などを受け、2011年のコメの生産目標の達成を断念し、農水省を通じて、他の県に生産の肩代わりを要請していた。
