天光墟，泛指日出之時，小販管理隊出動之前，隱身於深水埗、天水圍等基層地區的街頭小販墟巿。 每逢周一至五，天水圍一群小販風雨不改聚在河畔一帶，賣菜、賣衣服、賣乾貨，招徠一群帶小孩上學的婦女光顧。十時過後，他們便會散去。 他們成立關注小組，期望爭取於特定時間，在河畔特定地區合法擺賣。本集追蹤小組的關鍵人物，探討墟巿背後的社會現象。 記者：蔡千紅
