中泰混血兒饒君婷(Titima Runguphan)，三歲隨同父母移居泰國，直至大學畢業為止。目前她在香港定居，並於城市大學內任教泰文。饒君婷對烹飪有濃厚興趣，現時正積極撰寫泰菜食譜。她於今集會帶我們食盡港、九、新界的正宗泰菜。 泰國菜雖然以辣為主，但每個地方也有其獨特菜色和味道，視乎當地的產物及環境。Titima對烹調亦有一手，好會示範一款「泰式青木瓜沙律」小食，過程簡易，學廚初哥不妨試試。
