AT&T Buys Qualcomm Wireless Spectrum
AT&T (T) said today it has agreed to buy wireless spectrum licenses from Qualcomm (QCOM) for $1.925 billion.  The licenses, in the lower 700 MHz frequency band, currently support the service business of Qualcomms FLO TV subsidiary, which it expects to shut down by March 2011.
