[Video] No more extended tarmac delays
New rules for airlines go into effect today.  Three hours is the maximum amount of time passengers can sit and wait on the tarmac during a flight delay. After two hours, the airline must supply passengers with food, water, and working toilets. Airlines that violate the rule could be fined $27,500 per passenger.
