iReport — I think Sam wants a cookie to pass...LOL I like him a lot, and hope he has the, 'DOG SENSE,' not to get run over by a car. Some dogs are just smart about that, and some aren’t. I had a beagle, found in the city of Philadelphia, and kept for a few years, given to me.  A few weeks later,  I gave Bowzer to my neighbor, and we walked our beagles for years at our apartment complex. At certain times, Bowzer demanded freedom, and escaped from his back yard.  One time he was seen, walking up the center, double line, of the four lane, WHITE HORSE PIKE, in Stratford, NJ.  Right up the center double line, with hundreds of cars passing him, and he knew where he would be safe...LOL
