When the D-Team heads to Rome in seek of a Pachycephalosaurus that had recently appeared there, they learn that Dr. Z himself has beaten them to Italy.  Feeling a special tie to this dinosaur that he had raised from a hatchling, Z took its capture upon himself. When the reptile in question refuses to recognize Z as its 'father,' however, the Doctor quickly opts for tough-make that brutish-love, using his whole arsenal to defeat and capture it. Worried for the lone dinosaur, the D-Team try to win it over more gently, a difficult task as Z’s special training has enhanced the creature's violent tendencies.
