Acxiom announces resignation of CEO John Meyer
Acxiom announced that John A. Meyer notified the company of his resignation from his positions as the CEO and president of the company, and as a member of its board, effective March 28. The board has appointed Jerry D. Gramaglia, a member of the board, to serve as interim CEO while the board conducts a search for a permanent replacement. He will continue as a member of the board, but will relinquish his Compensation and Governance Nominating Committee memberships during his tenure as interim CEO. The company sees FY11 EPS ranging between 65c-69c vs. consensus estimates of 72c and FY11 revenue of $1.156B-$1.16B vs. consensus of $1.16B.
