As External Affairs Minister SM Krishna landed in Dhaka there is a glimmer of hope for 15 Bangladeshi sailors stranded in India for 365 days due to protests over the Bhramaputra dam The sailors who until now were living like nomads for the past year finally had their appeal heard with a promise of help by the external affairs minister
