Syrisch leger valt Jisr al-Shughour binnen
Het Syrische leger is met veel machtsvertoon een stad in het noorden van het land binnengetrokken. Volgens ooggetuigen gebruikt het leger daarbij de tactiek van de verschroeide aarde; oogst en vee worden verbrand om de bevolking op te jagen. Meer dan drieduizend inwoners van de stad Jisr al-Shughour zijn de grens met Turkije over gevlucht.
