Nasdaq, ICE Reportedly Considering Tender Offer
Nasdaq OMX Group (NDAQ) and Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) are reportedly considering taking their unsolicited bid for NYSE Euronext (NYX) straight to shareholders.  Bloomberg reports the exchanges are looking at bypassing board members, who have rejected the firms takeover offer in favor of a tie-up with Deutsche Boerse, with a tender offer directly to shareholders.
