何智豪：「運動員最大的目標是參加奧運會，過往兩屆我都有參加，本屆08年奧運會在北京舉行，我在選拔賽輸了，心情很低落，其實這次可以和太太一起去，但是我輸了這次的選拔，對自己的成績很失望，自己真的想過放棄，幸而太太在身邊不斷鼓勵我，和我一起訓練、練習、聊天，身邊有一個很重要的人支持我，所以我沒有放棄，自己本身練滑浪風帆已經二十幾年，我覺得自己有這個天份，所以不會輕易放棄，比賽和人生一樣，總會有高有低，只要不放棄，始終有機會達到目標。」
