團體稱周三會有數千人包圍立法會
「八十後反特權青年」等27個團體，將於星期三包圍立法會，要求撤回政改方案，實現真普選，及廢除功能組別。 他們將於當日早上十時開始集會，直至會議完結，主要是在皇后像廣場及遮打花園，屆時會直播會議，並且設有論壇，及網上媒體報道集會的實況。 發言人林輝表示，估計會有數千人參與，他們會派出幾十名糾察維持秩序，大會亦曾與警方聯絡，但他們暫時未知一旦通過方案後，會有何具體行動，但強調會以和平非暴力的方式集會。
