Prospects for 2011 look better
Alan Brown, chief investment officer at Schroders, says 2011 should be better than most investors think. He says it should be possible to avoid minefields such as the risk of a double dip recession, protectionism and problems with the eurozone. Equities, especially emerging market equities, look promising, but investors should remain flexible in case any of the risks materialise.
