A Lotus Elise modified for racing takes on a conventional Corvette.  Now, the Elise is known as being a good track car with great cornering, and a down draft to keep it tidy and tight through the turns. And it shows some moxy when accelerating. The Corvette is known for being fast as hell on the straight! The Lotus catches the 'Vette at the turns for the most part, and comes abreast of the Chevy on a couple of tight turns. After a couple of long straightaways, however, the Corvette’s brute power sends it way out front. Still, the driver of the Lotus seems not very surprised, and he did put up a heckuva fight.
