孕婦以橡膠球運動助減輕腰背痛楚
為了減輕婦女在懷孕期間的腰背痛楚,有公立醫院安排孕婦利用橡膠球做腰部運動。 孕婦可以坐或俯伏在一個橡膠球上,配合身體擺動,令腰部肌肉放鬆。有孕婦表示,運動後有助舒緩腰背痛。 九龍中醫院聯網物理治療部經理劉慕儀表示,這類運動有助自然分娩。
