今集的主題是咖喱，在香港，咖喱的菜式也算受歡迎，以咖喱為主要賣點的食肆亦有很多，不少更自稱咖喱王，泰山就一踩數間咖喱食店，看看誰能稱王。 講到咖喱美食集中地，阿蘇首選重慶大廈，大廈內有一間咖喱店，菜式夠香又夠辣，咖喱羊、咖喱雞、咖喱魚、芝士烤餅、印度炒飯、咖喱角，滿桌的食物，價錢都只是六百元，阿蘇懷疑老闆不懂計數，還打蛇隨棍上，有看節目的觀眾，以後光臨此店，只要講出阿蘇名字，每人收費便不過一百，超筍啊！ 今集阿蘇示範弄一道快咖喱薯仔雞翼，請來幾位師奶一同煮食，勁辣指數相當高，各人又咳又流眼淚，但製成品卻得到一致好評，你都來試試吧！
