Police Raid Video: View 2
Officer Thomas Tolstoy is seen behind the cash register looking at a computer monitor to help officers figure out the location of each camera in the store. Tolstoy cuts one camera wire with pliers. He tries to cut the wires of another camera with a knife but canâÃÂÃÂt reach. Ultimately, he appears to yank the camera down with his hand. The box he places on the register counter is filled with ziplock bags, which police consider drug paraphernalia. Tolstoy also removes two blue bags, which store owner Jose Duran says are filled with cigarette cartons that the officers took. Video Footage provided to the Daily News by store owner Jose Duran.
