A day after he was nailed by the CBI in the 2G spectrum allocation scam DMK leader Dayanidhi Maran on Thursday July 7 resigned from the post of Textiles Minister from the Union Cabinet In a huge blow to the Karunanidhi-led DMK Maran who was the communications minister in 2004-07 tendered his resignation to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at 7RC today
