東北で震度４ 沿岸に一時、津波注意報
１０日午前９時５７分に三陸沖を震源とするマグニチュード７．３の地震があり、東北地方で震度４の揺れを観測した。気象庁は一時、岩手県から福島県にかけての沿岸に津波注意報を出したが、大きな被害が出るおそれはないとして、午前１１時４５分に解除した。
