Dances for Television
Winner of a Chicago/Midwest Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Achievement for Entertainment Programs, this half-hour program with dances performed by the renowned Li Chiao-Ping Dance Company, directed for the camera by Douglas Rosenberg and co-produced by Wisconsin Public Television brings the powerful message and movement of contemporary dance to the air.  The collaboration between the director and the choreographer goes beyond the recording of dance to create a new hybrid art form--dance for the camera.
