Goldman Sachs' Facebook Investment Faces SEC Scrutiny
The Securities and Exchange Commission is reportedly examining whether disclosure rules for privately held firms need to be rewritten in the wake of recent deals giving investors access to stakes in internet and technology companies.  The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Goldman Sachs (GS) deal to create a vehicle to invest in Facebook has drawn SEC attention.
