江丙坤抵重慶 陳雲林在酒店歡迎
台灣海基會董事長江丙坤率領代表團抵達重慶，明日同大陸海協會會長陳雲林，舉行第五次「陳江會」，簽署《兩岸經濟合作框架協議》和《兩岸知識產權保護合作協議》。 江丙坤中午抵達在重慶入住的酒店，受到陳雲林歡迎。 江丙坤在台北桃園機場啟程前表示，簽署《兩岸經濟合作框架協議》的內容和目的，是要降低關稅、吸引投資、增加就業、令台灣經濟轉型升級、脫胎換骨，使兩岸關係進入「互惠繁榮」的新時代。
