浜田被告、初公判で無罪主張 １５分で閉廷
２億円の借金の担保として預けていた株を勝手に売却したとして背任罪に問われた元衆院議員・浜田幸一被告（８２）の初公判が１日、千葉地裁で開かれ、浜田被告側は無罪を主張した。しかし、浜田被告の体調不良を理由に、裁判は約１５分で閉廷した。
