統一見解、国民に一定の評価得られる～首相
全ての原発に新たな安全評価を実施するとした政府の統一見解をまとめたことを受け、菅首相は１２日、混乱を招いたことを陳謝した。一方で「安全性、国民の理解を得るという点で重要な一歩、前進だ」と述べ、国民からは一定の評価を得られるとの考えを強調。
