保安局局長李少光表示，立法會星期三將表決政改方案，當日有多個團體申請在立法會外請願。 他呼籲請願人士以和平、非暴力的方法表達意見，如果有任何人作出非法行為，警方會果斷地採取措施，維持秩序。
