今日是香港回歸13周年，灣仔金紫荊廣場舉行升旗儀式。 行政長官曾蔭權伉儷、中央駐港機構官員、一眾司局長、行政會議成員等嘉賓出席。 國旗與區旗在國歌奏樂聲中升起，之後飛行服務隊直升機飛越維港上空，消防船在維港海面射水。
