Iceland Crash: 'Councils Ignored Warnings'
Councils in England have been accused of acting "negligently" after they invested nearly £33m of taxpayers' cash in Icelandic banks days before they collapsed. The Audit Commission found seven authorites deposited despite warnings. David Bowden reports.
