国連・潘基文事務総長、２期目事実上続投へ
国連安保理は１７日の非公式協議で、１２月で任期満了を迎える潘基文事務総長の再任を推薦する決議案を採択、１６年までの続投が事実上決まった。２１日の国連総会で正式決定へ。潘氏は０７年から事務総長を務め、２期目に立候補する意向を表明していた。
