Family Sues Police Over Fatal Shooting On Red Line
Chicago police say the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old on the CTA Red Line was justified, but his family is suing the department for wrongful death. CBS 2’s Mike Puccinelli reports that the man's family say the shooting shouldn't have happened.
