Raj is heir of millionaire J.Singh who askes Raj to join him in Tokyo. Pran, who has been asked to take care of Raj’s travel needs, decides to sabotage this. Raj lands at Tokyo but he misses his uncle. Uncle goes to Europe. Raj must re-book his flight to go to Europe but has 8 USD, which will not even be able to buy him a meal, leave alone travel anywhere.
