Professor Robert Coleman talks about zoledronic acid, other bisphosphonates and denosumab, the mechanism through which these drugs affect cancers and outlines concerns of potential side effects. Prof Coleman speaks about the possibility of using gene profiling to predict effectiveness and speculates what impact denosumab could have on overall cancer treatment.
