A strong start to the holiday shopping season in the United States is boosting confidence in the businesee commmunity that 2011 may be a better year for the economy.  Business has been brisk at shopping malls across the country with some department stores reporting the best month in two years. But with only a few days left in the holiday shopping season, optimism from both retailers and consumers is tempered by the reality that too many Americans are still looking for work.  Mil Arcega reports.
