新巴管理層感謝緊守崗位員工 重申加薪1.8%已是極限
新巴及城巴營運總監鍾澤文表示，感謝今日緊守崗位及犧牲假期上班的員工，又稱不會處分參與工業行動的車長。 鍾澤文說，近年油價高企，柴油價格上升，西隧加價，兩間公司成本每年增加1千萬元，同時亦面對鐵路的競爭，認為加薪1.8%已是極限。 他又說，過去數年員工都有加薪，近6年累積加幅達14.38%，高於同期通脹的11.22％。
