阿蘇提倡，食要簡約，廚房左一支生抽，右一友老抽，前一瓶糖，後一瓶生粉，便足以撐場。阿蘇自己就最常用生抽和老抽，今集，她會帶大家去到元朗的一間豉油廠，看看整個豉油的生產過程。 這間醬油工場只有三個人工作，用的是古法製作，一支豉油的成品時間需要用上超過一年，曾老太是真正用心的生意人，幾十年功力不減，滿口化學用語，為大家講解每一個步驟，令阿蘇從未如此化學過。 豉油配白灼蝦是絕配，今次阿蘇分別用上三種豉油食法作比較，最無添加的，原來最好。
