Cyril ha quasi dodici anni e una sola idea fissa: ritrovare il padre che lo ha lasciato temporaneamente in un centro di accoglienza per l’infanzia. Incontra per caso Samantha, che ha un negozio da parrucchiera e che accetta di tenerlo con sé durante i fine settimana. Cyril non è del tutto consapevole dell'affetto di Samantha, un affetto di cui ha però un disperato bisogno per placare la sua rabbia.
