Public Record Canadian Federation of University Women 2010 Annual General Meeting On July 16th, 2010, the Canadian Federation of University Women held their 2010 Annual General Meeting and Conference in Ottawa. This year’s event explored diplomacy, defence and development.  In the second panel discussion of the day, Dr. Sima Samar, Justine Turner, of War Child Canada, and the former director of policy and planning at Rights & Democracy, Razmik Panossian, discussed how women help women shape the future of education, health and economic growth.
