How to brine chicken: Mix equal parts of sugar, water and salt. Leave for 2 to 3 minutes until sugar and salt dissolve, make sure the chicken cutlet is completely submerged in water before you cover it with film. Refrigerate for about 24 hours, and that is how you brine chicken!. Chicken.
