SINA operates a branded websites and provide various services like free email, online games and enterprise services.  After the dot com bust in 2001, you’re probably thinking “I shouldn’t go near any technology stock. Those stocks are full of hot air with no substance.” Today, we’ll look at some of the SINA’s numbers to see if the company’s performance justifies its price, and more importantly, if we can make money from owning SINA. Recommendation: So is there an opportunity for investment in SINA? I think so. To be safe, my buy price is $39 or lower and I will re-evaluate the business direction in 6 months to see how the opportunities and concern that we talked about affect the business.
