沒見阿蘇一段時間，今集她一開始就帶我們走入大澳，尋找當地著名的蝦膏蝦醬，志哥的自家製淡味蝦醬街知巷聞，這次有幸到訪他的生曬蝦醬天台，看看香氣十足的特產，一樽十八元的蝦醬，卻要用兩個月時間製造，阿蘇又找到另一樣抵買到極的好東西。 既然買了靚蝦醬，今集阿蘇再傳授廚藝，教大家煮蝦醬蒸豬肉，步驟簡單，豬肉先汆水，用蝦醬、生粉、糖、油再醃，蒸三至五分鐘便可，家常便飯，郊外風味，正！ 食得肉多，不少人會擔心肥胖，阿蘇會提議一個減肥方法，少食多餐，持之以恆，瘦身可期。
