久別《兄弟幫》的William陳偉霆,除了忙於拍電影,原來還秘密練兵,學打泰拳,難怪身形越見健碩,連好兄弟MC Jin也躍躍欲試。今集兩兄弟便請來星級教練陳德興師傅請教一番。陳師傅高徒包括任達華、謝霆鋒、張家輝及黃貫中等等,當中不乏影帝及知名音樂人,星光熠熠,令泰拳這項以往被視為好勇鬥狠、「撩架打」的粗獷運動形象「大洗底」,一躍為熱門健身運動,連弱質纖纖的辦公室女郎都爭相學拳。到底打泰拳除了修身減肥還有甚麼益處?且聽陳師傅詳細講解。 陳德興師傅早在1975年已開始授徒,談到如何與這項冷門運動結緣?他打趣一切要由和合石墳場說起,話說陳師傅少年時無心向學,一次在墳場流連期間竟遇上正在練功的高人,相當神奇。不說不知,陳師傅原來與電影圈甚有淵源,圈中人口耳相傳,為他招來不少明星徒弟,頓時令泰拳成為「潮爆運動」,就連文弱的辦公室上班族都熱衷學拳健身減肥,然而效用有多大?身為陳師傅高徒的William大談親身體驗,「打手靶」6分鐘的強度相當於勁舞數小時。陳師傅表示泰拳的基本裝備只有短褲、T恤、拳套和綿繃帶,簡單輕巧,有助改善身體線條之餘,更可鍛鍊反應、意志和毅力,他又親任導賞員,解構參加擂台格鬥的拳手路數。
