Walgreen Sells Pharmacy Benefits Unit to Catalyst
Walgreen (WAG) said today it has agreed to sell its pharmacy benefit management unit, Walgreens Health Initiatives, to Catalyst Health Solutions (CHSI) for $525 million in cash.  Walgreen said the sale accelerates it strategy of leveraging its store network by providing and expanding its pharmacy and others in-store solutions.
