The Senate Judiciary Committee held a hearing on recent Supreme Court decisions in corporate law and their impact on Americans' access to the courts. Witnesses included lead plaintiff Betty Dukes in the Wal-Mart class-action case where, in a 5-4 decision, the Court blocked the class-action lawsuit of over one million female Wal-Mart employees.
