僕の覚えている数少ない指定型の一つです。 以前、アップロードしたものは思い出しながらやっていたもので、ひとつひとつがおぼつかないですが、これはそれなりに練習して撮影してみました。 少しは上達できているでしょうか。 騎馬立ちや後屈立ちがきちんとできていないのが気になります。 また、ご意見などありましたら教えていただけると助かります。
