Sourdough starter / yeast growth - timelapse 12 hours
100% Hydration starter . Starter is fed with 1:4:4 (starter/water/flour). Timelapse starts at ~3:45. Visible activity ~7:00. Double in volume ~1:00. Room temp is constant ~72. Water is city tap water with cloramine (a quick note: my water tastes 'pure' while 5 miles down the road tastes very clorine like, so I’m not sure how my 'cloramine' there is). Flour is all purpose unbleached white. This is a typical 'starter' used in making sourdough bread using wild yeast (not store bought yeast).
