占領戦後に家人に丸投げされたゴーヤチャンプルです。作る言うから買ってきたのに・・・ネギ4本、ふきのとう2パック、枝豆1パック、ゴーヤ2本セットで300円の超見切りです。基本的に味覚がおこちゃまなのと苦い野菜なんてそれだけで倦厭対象だったので初料理と初試食になりました。参考にさせて頂いたレシピはこちら
