IDEO Human-Centered Designer Chris Waugh is a Leader of IDEO’s Consumer Experience Design practice, to which he brings his expertise in innovation and human-centered design to consumer products. His particular areas of focus are innovation, behavioral change, wellness, and food and beverage.
